Recommending an entire skin care regimen can be daunting, especially if you're not comfortable analyzing your client's skin type, condition, and concern(s). Consider starting with the basics-cleanse, tone, moisturize. This easy 3 product routine will help your client develop a self-care ritual. The good news is most of our skin care products work on any skin type!
Sometimes price objections can be an obstacle. Or maybe they already have a new bottle of cleanser (different brand). Or maybe they don't think they need it.
A graceful way to navigate objections is to:
1. Highlight the quality of the skin care product.
2. Encourage client to add a product they are not yet using (i.e. toner) or alternate their current moisturizer with new one (AM / PM).
3. Stress, eating habits, weather, flying, late nights... life, all take a toll on our skin. Our best defense is keeping it clean, toned, and nourished. Everyone benefits from and needs skin care!
